These classes are open to anyone, you don’t need to have any experience, and you don’t need to book in advance – just join in whenever you want to.

Meditation classes are perfect for those who want to relax and de-stress, and are held in Bradford, Rawdon, Shipley, Keighley, Otley and Ilkley.

This week the meditation classes are running a course called Understand Your Mind. They are based on the book ‘How to Understand the Mind’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
