These classes are open to anyone, you don’t need to have any experience, and you don’t need to book in advance – just join in whenever you want to.

Meditation classes are perfect for those who want to relax and de-stress, and are held in Bradford, Rawdon, Shipley, Keighley, and Ilkley.

This week the meditation classes are running a course called Inner Strength – Overcoming Anger. They are based on the book ‘How to Solve our Human Problems’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
