Developing a Clear Mind
Otley Court House, Otley
Saturday 17 Mar, 10am – 1pm
Our mind’s true nature is like a clear sky, but it’s often clouded by busy, uncontrolled and negative thoughts. When we clear the clouds of distractions from our mind, we naturally experience an inner peace and clarity.
This workshop will introduce meditations to create and relax into the space and peace of our own minds. We will learn practical tools which can be used within the stress and busyness of every area of our daily lives to transform our experience.
This workshop is suitable for those completely new to meditation, as well as those with some familiarity.
The cost of the workshop is £15 (GP Centre Card £5).
