We all experience mental and physical pain, and at times it can be overwhelming. Learn powerful meditations to transform pain and difficulties.
Dealing with physical or emotional pain can be draining and discouraging. Although we cannot always change our physical conditions, we can learn to change how we react to it. The intensity of pain can be reduced by focusing on it in ways that are conducive to inner peace.
During this workshop we will learn various meditations and practices that will help us to accept, minimise, and see beyond our pain. We will learn to transform these painful experiences into opportunities to gain spiritual insights, and develop inner strength.
Day Courses are an ideal way to learn more about meditation and inner peace. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
The cost of the day course is £12.50 (CM £5) . Refreshments are available in our World Peace Cafe during the course.
