Dealing with Change & Uncertainty
In Person @ Buddha Land & Livestreamed Online
Saturday 22nd May, 10am – 1pm
(available for 48 hours after on catch up)
We are all living in uncertain times, both globally and personally. In this workshop we will explore practical approaches to the challenges we are facing and how to deal with these changing times with a more peaceful mind.
It is easy to feel troubled by everything that we see in the world, and upset by the difficulties that we’re dealing with daily. Times of change and uncertainty can be unsettling, but they also can become transformative.
Buddha explained how to keep the mind free from fear and anxiety and instead use difficult situations to cultivate inspiring views that help us keep calm and positive amidst conflict and chaos.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Everyone is welcome!
You can attend this workshop in person at Buddha land Kadampa Buddhist Centre, Keighley or by online streaming.
The cost is £15 (£5 for Monthly Members).
This morning workshop will be taught by Gen Kelsang Päljin, the Resident Teacher of Buddha Land Buddhist Centre, Keighley. He is also the Resident Teacher of Burnley Kadampa Buddhist Centre. He is a Buddhist monk with over 20 years’ experience of practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism.
