How to Solve our Human Problems
Guided Day Retreat
Livestreamed from Buddha Land
Sunday 21 February, 9.30am – 3.30pm
(available for 48 hours after on catch up)
Unlock the hidden secrets of your mind by engaging in powerful guided meditations that you can put into practice in your everyday life, with immediate beneficial results.
We all have to deal with daily problems such as anxiety, depression, stress and various other negative minds. Buddha’s timeless teachings on the Four Noble truths are practical advice coming from Buddha’s wisdom that explain where our problems and suffering come from and how we can solve our problems permanently so that we can come to experience lasting peace of mind and happiness.
On retreat we step back from our normal activities to focus on solving our problems through meditation practice. During this retreat day we will explore meditations that enable us to access and maintain inner peace and joy, even when experiencing difficulties.
The cost of the day retreat is £18 (Monthly Members £5; FP Members £5).
