Letting Go and Moving On
Meditation Workshop
In Person @ Burnley KBC & Livestream
Saturday 24 April, 10am – 1pm
(available for 48 hours after on catch up)
Experience the freedom of letting go on this half day workshop. Learn to let go of the painful emotions related to the past and find freedom from everyday feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction.
We often have trouble letting go of painful events in our past and this affects the way we respond to our current life situations. We blame situations, ourselves or others and remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt. Through training in mindfulness and meditation we can identify the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds, and finally release it completely, leaving us with a tremendous feeling of relief and joy.
During this workshop, Helen will introduce you to practical methods to let go of the past and move forward to a brighter future. The workshop, will include guided meditations, which will help you to develop a peaceful and positive mind.
Our workshops are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
You can attend this workshop in person at Burnley Kadampa Buddhist Centre or by online streaming.
