There are many benefits of meditation, but in particular – it will energise us for the day ahead, establish a positive outlook and help us to maintain a calm and peaceful mind.

Led by one of the Teachers of Buddha Land and Burnley Kadampa Centres, these short morning meditations provide quality teaching and guidance. Simply by investing 30 minutes of our time in a morning, we will feel the benefit throughout our day and can reconnect at any time in our day to the peace that lies within.
