Unwind Your Mind
Day Retreat
In-Person @Bolton Abbey Village Hall, N Yorks
Saturday 17th April, 9.30am – 5pm
Unwind in the Yorkshire Dales in the first of our 2 days of meditation retreat at Bolton Abbey Village Hall. Step back from normal activities, let your mind unwind, and focus on solving your problems through meditation, using powerful techniques practised for thousands of years.
Our life is in a constant state of flux. Since there is no way to stop things changing we need to be flexible in the face of unexpected problems. Learn to keep a clear and peaceful mind in the midst of life’s dramas.
During this retreat day we will explore meditations that enable us to access and maintain inner peace and joy, even when experiencing difficulties in our life.
A packed lunch is included and there will be time in between retreat sessions, if you wish, to enjoy and relax in the surrounding countryside.
The cost of the day retreat is £30 (Centre Membership Scheme £20).
