Drop-in Meditation Classes
As part of our General Programme, all our weekly meditation classes offer practical advice which is presented in a clear and concise manner, so that we can find peace and happiness in our daily lives. We offer practical advice on how to deal with stressful, unpleasant things that occur in our daily life. Enabling us to maintain a positive outlook on life and remain more and more relaxed. The classes are run on a drop in basis so you can join at any time.
Everyone is Welcome from all walks of life
The classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend the classes, or to benefit from the techniques taught.
