Gratitude and Contentment
Meditation Half Day Course
@ Buddha Land KMC, Keighley
Sunday 1 February, 10am – 1pm
In-person & Livestream
Discover the uplifting experience of contentment, joy and positive energy that comes from meditating on gratitude. Through simple meditations we can reflect on the truth of our situation, take the time to fully appreciate our life, and live our precious life to its full potential.
When we focus on what we don’t have, we forget to appreciate and feel grateful for what we do already have. This way of thinking leads to discouragement, disappointment and general dissatisfaction. In truth we have so much to be grateful for.
By learning to appreciate our human life and the benefits we receive from others, we will be able to maintain a warm heart and a feeling of being close to everyone. In this way, through making gratitude a part of our everyday life, we will be able to live with joy, humility, contentment and genuine happiness.
Our half day meditation courses are an ideal way to learn more about meditation and inner peace. They are designed for those who are new to meditation but also for those who would like to improve and deepen their understanding.
Refreshments are available in our World Peace Café during the course.
The cost of the Meditation Workshop is £15 (Monthly Members £5, FP Monthly Members £0).
Our monthly membership programme offers access to all our weekly classes as well as discounts on courses for only £20 per month – Learn more.
