These weekly drop-in meditation classes provide the perfect opportunity relax and enjoy peace of mind.
They include guided meditations and a short talk as well as the opportunity to discuss how to apply meditation in our lives. They are suitable for everyone, including those new to meditation.
Meditation help us to develop mental clarity and peace, which help us to relax and deal with the stresses of daily life.
