Freedom from Fear – Blessing Empowerment of Buddha Tara
Day Course
@ Buddha Land KMC, Keighley
Sunday 13 December 10am – 4.30pm
In-person
In this special Empowerment Gen Kelsang Paljin will grant the blessing empowerment of Green Tara and help us to understand how to connect with correct spiritual paths.
An empowerment is a beautiful ceremony in which we receive the blessings of and make a special connection with an enlightened being, who can help us both in our meditation practice and in everyday life.
This empowerment will be granted by Gen Kelsang Päljin, Resident Teacher of Buddha Land Kadampa Meditation Centre.
Tara is a female Buddha who embodies fearlessness, wisdom and compassion. Her name means ‘Liberator’, reflecting her ability to free living beings from fear and suffering.
The empowerment is a blissful guided meditation through which we make a deep connection with Tara and her enlightened qualities. Through receiving her powerful blessings, we can awaken our own potential for fearless wisdom and compassionate action.
Please join us for this special day.
